Oolong «Mao Xie» («Hairy Crab») was made in late autumn of 2018 by qing xiang technology (light fermentation, moderate heating).

In appearance: small, yellow-green pellets of twisted tea shoots. The aroma is intensive and fresh, spicy-herbaceous. The liquor is transparent, with a light greenish-yellow shade.

The bouquet of the ready-made tea is fresh, spicy-herbaceous with floral and fruity notes. The aroma is tender, floral-herbaceous. The taste is full-bodied and mild, silky, sweetish, with a fine fruity sourness and spicy nuances, turning into the lingering finish.

Brew tea with hot water (80-85°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of celadon or porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 9-10 times.

Oolong «Mao Xie» is a good choice for daily tea breaks: full-bodied and mild taste, both relaxing and refreshing effect.

Очень ароматный и свежий чай. Напомнил цветочки "муравьиного мёда" по вкусу и запаху, а пустая пиалка пахнет цветущим вереском.
Попробовала ради эксперимента перезаварить - не получилось: вкус сильнее, но в ржаную кислоту не уходит.

Любопытный чай-вариация на тему ТГ.
Яркий и живой и очень ароматный - жидкие духи прям.
Во главе ландыш и сирень. Очень весенний и женский чай.
Из минусов пожалуй только что очень много грязи, пыли, кусочков листа, черных точек в чахае.

Интересный сладкий чай с пряным послевкусием. Дали ввиде пробника. Как чай на каждый день - прекрасно.
