In appearance: small, dark brown pellets of twisted tea leaves. The fragrance is restrained, spicy-and-woody. The liquor is transparent, with a shade of dark amber.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is warm and mature, spicy-and-woody, with biscuit, floral, creamy caramel, and fruity notes. The aroma is tender, spicy-and-woody with a floral accent. The taste is refined and full-bodied, sweetish, with fine berry sourness and lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 6-7 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 6-8 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 9 times.
