Aged Oolong "Jin Xuan" from Zhangzhou County (Fujian Province).
In appearance: medium-sized, dark brown flagella of twisted tea leaves. The fragrance is deep, spicy-and-woody with a hint of oakmoss. The liquor is transparent, with a shade of meadow honey.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is aged, warm, spicy-woody, with hints of autumn leaves, oakmoss, brandy, biscuit and fruits. The aroma is complex, deep and warm. The taste is soft, oily, slightly spicy, sweetish, with a fine fruity sourness and distinctive notes of lao cha, which only time can create.
Brew tea with hot water (95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 6-7 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 6-8 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 2-3 second), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 8-9 times.
Aged Oolong "Jin Xuan" is a great choice for ceremonial tea party!
