Oolong «Dancong» was made in may 2018 in Laoba tea farm (Zhangzhou County) by the traditional technology (moderate fermentation, prolonged heating on charcoal).
In appearance: thin, burgundy-brown flagella of twisted leaves. The aroma is deep, woody with floral accent. The liquor is transparent, with mahogany hue.
The brewed tea has warm, multifaceted bouquet with floral, woody, spicy and berry notes. The fragrance is high, woody with berry accent. The taste is refined and sappy, sweetish, with delicate woody tartness, refreshing berry sourness and lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 4-5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1 second), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 10 times.
