Oolong «Lindao» was made in a small tea farm in Zhangzhou county in May 2018 (deep fermentation, medium fire).
In appearance: large, burgundy-brown flagella of twisted leaves. The aroma is deep, fruity-floral. The liquor is transparent, with meadow honey hue.
The brewed tea has vivid, multifaceted, spicy-floral bouquet with notes of black currant, raspberry leaf, mint, basil, cloves and lemon. The fragrance is deep and warm, fruity-spicy with floral accent. The taste is full-bodied and sappy, sweetish, with light woody tartness, berry sourness, spicy nuances and lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1 second), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 8-9 times.
Oolong «Lindao» is a great choice for an emotional reboot in the afternoon. The effect is warming, definitely tonic.
