Aged «Wild tea from the ancient trees of Zhaoan» made in Shihe tea farm (Zhangzhou County) in 2018.
In appearance: large, curved, brown flagella of twisted leaves with long cuttings. The aroma is intensive, woody with an earthy accent. The liquor is transparent, with a shade of yellow pear.
The brewed tea has a bright, multifaceted, spicy bouquet with woody, cognac, earthy, balsamic and berry notes. The fragrance is deep and complex, fruity-balsamic. The taste is full-bodied and mature, with bright grapefruit bitterness, refreshing berry sourness and lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (80-95°С, the lower the temperature, the less the bitterness) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 4 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 8-10 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 10 times.
Aged «Wild tea from the ancient trees of Zhaoan» is an unusual tea for lovers of strong sensations: exquisite and brutal.
