Aged oolong made in Shihe tea farm (Zhangzhou County).
In appearance: large, curved, burgundy-brown flagella of twisted leaves with thin cuttings. The aroma is intensive, floral-and-berry. The liquor is transparent, with a shade of golden almond.
The brewed tea has a vivid, woody-and-fruity bouquet with spicy, floral and citrus notes. The fragrance is deep and warm, woody-and-fruity. The taste is full-bodied and juicy, sweetish, a bit tart, with refreshing berry sourness and lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5-6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 10 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 2-3 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 10 times.
