«Tie Guanyin – strong flavor» was made in September 2018 (autumn harvest) in a small tea farm in Anxi county (moderate fermentation, baking at relatively low temperatures).
In appearance: small, bluish-green pellets. The aroma is fresh, floral-herbaceous. The liquor is transparent, light greenish-yellow color.
The ready-made tea has fresh, multifaceted, floral-herbaceous bouquet with woody, vanilla and peach notes. The aroma is high and bright, intensive, floral-herbaceous with lilac accent. The taste is full-bodied and rich, sweetish, with fine woody sourness and long lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (80-90°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of celadon or porous clay. The proportion is 5-6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 12 times.
