Oolong «The Emperor of Golden Guanyin» was made in September 2018 (autumn harvest) by nong xiang technology (medium fermentation, prolonged baking).
In appearance: medium-sized, brown flagella of twisted leaves. The aroma is intensive, complex, with berry, honey and spicy notes. The liquor is transparent, with meadow honey shade.
The ready-made tea has bright, multifaceted bouquet with notes of berries, wood, honey, nuts and spice. The aroma is high, complex, woody-floral. The taste is full-bodied and rich, a bit tart, sweetish, with berry sourness, spicy nuances and lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (80-95°С, the lower the temperature, the softer the taste) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 9-10 times.
The impact is warming and tonic, promoting concentration.
