Oolong « Golden Guanyin » with cuttings. Made in May 2018 in Yutou (Emerald Peak) farm from the spring shoots of Jin Guanyin tea variety.
In appearance: medium-sized brown-green lumps of twisted tea shoots with long cuttings. The aroma is intensive, floral-herbaceous. The liquor is transparent, with yellow pear hue.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is fresh and tender, floral-herbaceous with notes of wood and berries. The aroma is high and bright, multifaceted, floral-herbaceous. The taste is full-bodied and mild, oily, with light woody tartness, berry sourness and lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5-6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 9 times.
