The concert "Immersion in the Renaissance"
The gentle and noble sound of ancient instruments arouses great interest among modern listeners, allowing them to immerse themselves in the amazing atmosphere of the depths of centuries.
During the Renaissance, such instruments as flutes occupied an important place in the musical culture of many European countries, they were used by whole families and were loved by all strata of society.
In the hands of virtuoso musicians, the lute sounded solo and in a wide variety of ensembles, in the courts of the nobility and in the household of citizens, it was rightfully considered the "instrument of kings".
In combination of these instruments, Renaissance dances and songs popular in Italy, England, and France will be performed.

Lecture "Japanese and food"
What do the Japanese eat? What is eaten for breakfast, in the dining room, at home, at an evening reception, are there any winter or summer special dishes?
At the lecture of the Japanese culturologist Nina Voronina, we will learn everything about the Japanese food culture - from table etiquette and rules for using chopsticks to the sacred symbolism of food.
The moderator is Nina Voronina, a popularizer of science, a culturologist, a teacher of English and Japanese, a graduate of the Department of International Economic Relations of the ISAA of Moscow State University (the language of specialization is Japanese), a student of the course of training and advanced training in the specialty "History of Religions" (RSUH). She studied Japanese at the Faculty of CJL at Waseda University (Tokyo).

We will find out together at the tasting of oolongs at the club on Bakuninskaya.
At the tasting, we will drink two dark oolongs from different price categories: a more budget grade and a more expensive one. We will drink each of the varieties brewed according to the method of Lu Yu and brewed repeatedly in a teapot of tea pairs.

Evening of scary stories
Kwaidan in Japan is a way not only to entertain yourself and friends with a "horror story", but also to convey knowledge about how to behave with evil spirits in order to survive a meeting with her.
In February 2018, the first event of this kind was held in one of our Clubs. This summer we are holding a Kwaidan Evening, where everyone can not only hear stories about the supernatural, but also tell them.
Guests who came in costumes appropriate to the theme of the evening, and storytellers of their own and traditional stories - gifts from the host of the event. And, of course, tea specially selected by Evgenia Pryadko will be brewed for all participants.
