Tasting "Is it worth cooking oolong?"
It is said that oolongs open better precisely with repeated brewing. Ideally, if you also drink from tea pairs.
There is also an opinion that cooking oolong is not worth it. This method of cooking is not able to fully reveal the taste of oolong.
Is it so?
We will find out together at the tasting of oolongs at the club on Bakuninskaya.
At the tasting, we will drink two dark oolongs from different price categories: a more budget grade and a more expensive one. We will drink each of the varieties brewed according to the method of Lu Yu and brewed repeatedly in a teapot of tea pairs.
Come on! We will break the rules and form our own view 😜
