Team Moychay.ru together with Fields decided to organize a unique online set!
Mira will play compositions dedicated to reinterpreting middle Eastern music and inspired by the rich heritage of Muslimgauze. Unhurried Arabic dub, meditative Oriental ambient opuses, yukey-gerrij with a touch of Persian melodics, Iranian electronics and boundless drone - Ishome has prepared a kind of guide to the world of Eastern electronics, which drew attention to during the time of self-isolation:
"This set is probably mostly a tribute to three artists: Abu Ama, Muslimgauze and Saint Abdullah. I, like many others, at one time was deeply shocked by the rich world of Muslimgauze, hence the interest in such music and in Eastern culture in General (for some reason). This is ironic, because Bryn Jones himself was British and had never visited the middle East."
