This is classical aged shu phuer made by Pu Wen Plant. This Plant is situated in the famous region of “Six Great Tea Montains” on the south of Yunnan province, in Xishuangbanna.
The cha bing is round, well compressed, easily crushed by phuer knife. There are vinous-brown leaves, dark stems and some bright red buds are seen on the surface of the cha bing.
The aroma of dry tea is mellow, deep and pure.
The infusion is bright dark red tone.
The bouquet of brewed tea is mellow, complex and balanced. The dominate tones are nuts and vinous. While brewing, new nuances of cherry, roasted chestnut, woody moss and apricot stones appear. Spicy bitterness changes into long lasting rich aftertaste.
Brew tea with 100°С water in yixing teapot for shu phuers. Take 5-6 gr of crushed phuer for 120 ml volume dish. Infuse few first brewing for 5-10 seconds. Third infusion fully opens tea taste. This sort of tea is nice for boiling method and gets rich and soft taste.
This is very nice qualified everyday tea. It is calm, balancing, gets you high and make the perception clear.
