«Cha Huang» or «Imperial» bing is produced in Wan Yuan Plant by Ma Dui Zhang brand. The cha bing (tea cake) weight is 357 grams, it is quite dense and easily crushed. It consists of bright red buds, small dark brown leaves and its fragments and a bit of stems. The aroma of dry tea has a bit of nutty nuances. The clear liquor is red-brown.
The bouquet of brewed tea is gentle, mellow with nutty, chocolate and thin earthy, woody, fruity and vanilla tones. The taste is very smooth, silky, rich, sweet, with slight delicious bitterness. There is no any astringency while tea time. The aftertaste is nice and velvet.
Cha Huang is brewed with 95-100°С water in yixing teapot for shu puers or in ceramic gaiwan. Take 6 gr of crushed puer for 100 ml volume vessel. Shed tea with water and gradually increase the infusion time. Infuse 10-11 times this way.
