That is classical aged shu-phuer. It produced by Kunming company “Liu Da Cha Shan”, “Six Great Tea Mountains”. This company has a lot of departments at the different tea regions and it was rewarded many times.
The cha bing is 200 gr weight, fine compressed and crushed by phuer knife. The small dark brown leaves, small stems and red buds are seen on the surface of cha bing.
The aroma of dry tea is pure, warm with woody and nuts tones.
The infusion is clear, rich red-brawn color.
The bouquet of brewed tea is classical, with walnuts, wood moss, chocolate and dry berries tones. While brewing such new tones as roasted chestnuts, allspice, fresh sour taste of green apples and sweet hazelnuts taste. The taste is strong, silky and smooth. High concentration of the tea brings nice acerbity, and if concentration is too high it cause to light receptors anemia. The aroma is deep, spicy with chocolate and nuts tones. The aftertaste is rich and expressive.
Brew tea with 95-100°С water in yixing teapot for shu phuers or in thick-walled gaiwan. Take 6-7 gr of crashed phuer for 120-150 ml volume dish. The tea is very intensive, first brewing may be for 10-15 seconds. Then just stem tea with hot water and after fifth time make brewing longer. It can be brewed about 10 times.
