«Dadi Shen Yun» means «Amazing melody of Planet Earth». This tea is produced by Changtai Plant. The raw material of this tea consists of leaves and buds from old trees which grow in Yiwu mountains at the different levels.
Dry cha bing, tea cake (357 gr), is of soft density and easily separated into quite big twisted green-brown leaves, silver-beige buds and dark brawn stems. The aroma of dry tea is calm, mellow with dry fruits, camphor and woody moss tones. The infusion color is clear with golden almond tint.
The bucket of brewed tea is smooth, integral, has specific “dry fruits compote” taste of aged sheng phuers and such nuances as of forest mushrooms, fallen leaves, vanillas and oak moss. The taste is rich and mellow. If taste becomes over concentrated, tonic bitterness appears. The aroma is soft, moderate with woody and fruit tones. The aftertaste is fresh and impressive.
Brew tea with 95-100°С water in yixing thick-walled teapot for sheng phuers or in thick-walled gaiwan. Take 4 gr for 120ml volume dish. Infuse first time 7-10 seconds, after shed tea with water and gradually increase infusion time after sixth infusion. Brew this way 9-10 times.
