Famous Da Hung Pao cha bing is produced by special “MoyChay” order from high quality raw material at the Wu Yi shan natural park (Fujian province).
Cha bing is 100 gr weight and 10 sm diameter, fine compressed and easily crashed with fingers. The twisted dark brown leaves and stems fragments are well seen on the cha bing surface.
The infusion is clear, golden-brown tint.
