This is original aged “Pu Wen Plant ” phuer. This plant is the oldest in Xishuangbanna (since 1954). The plant owns 650 hectares of highlands plantations in the legendary natural resource Zhi Wu Wang Guo, “The Plant Kingdom”. This is legendary motherland of big tea trees.
This is blend of big twisted tea leaves and red buds covered with golden pile. The dry tea aroma is warm, deep with woody and nuts tones. The infusion is clear and has chocolate tone.
Brewed tea bucket is elegant and mellow. There are many tones in it such as cacao, wet earth, honey dust and walnut. During the tea time new tones appear such as roasted chestnut, bitter almond and chocolate. Slight mountain honey loop is felt at the end of tea time. The taste is pure, silky and smooth. There is also delicate bitterness,which is very tasty, moderate, soft, with no astringency or sour taste and it turns into long lasting enjoyable aftertaste.
Brew tea with 95°С water in yixing teapot or in gaiwan. Take 3-4 gr for 120-150ml volume dish. The tea is very intensive. Don’t brew first infusions longer than 5 seconds, even if you like stong infusion. Brew tea about 10 times.
