“The golden Buds from Emei Mountain” is rare collection variety of red tea which is made at the small farm. It is situated at Emei Mountain 1000 meters above sea level in Sichuan province.
The dry tea consists of thin curved red fluffy buds and tiny dark brown leaves. The aroma is warm, spicy, fruity and corny. The infusion is clear of light hazelnut tone.
The bouquet of brewed tea is warm, spicy, with cookies, roasted chestnuts and baked fruits tones. The aroma is sweet and honey. The taste is mild, oily, sweet, with rich fruity sour taste with no any astringency of bitterness. It has nice refreshing aftertaste.
Infuse this tea with boiled water of 95°С in yixing tea pot for red teas or in gaiwan. Take 5 grams for 100 ml volume dish. Shed tea with water and increase infusion time gradually. This tea stands 7-8 infusions.
This is very tender and calming tea for cold part of the year, evening rest and friends tea party.
