“Snowy Buds from the Emei Mountain” is harvested and produced in the Emeishan Mountain (Sichuan province), 1200 meters above sea level in the early spring 2015, when it is still snow there.
The dry tea consists of small, thin, elegant needles of grey-green buds, covered with silver hairs. The aroma of dry tea is rich with herbal and honey nuances. The infusion has a light green color.
The bouquet of brewed tea is light, airy, fresh, with herbal and flower tones. The aroma is very tender, with floral and berry tones. The taste is delightfully elegant, mild, oily and sweet. Pure, fresh aftertaste.
Infuse this tea with chilled boiled water (75-80°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in glass teaware. Take 3 grams for 100 ml volume dish. Shed tea with water and increase the infusion time gradually. This tea can be infused for 6-7 times this way.
This is a gorgeous collection tea for aesthetes and gourmets. It presents pure freshness, tenderness and clarity.
