“Green Jade from Gantong” grows in north-west region of Yunnan province, Dali region. It is harvested and produced from the first spring buds in March 2015 near the Malongfeng Peak (The Peak of Dragon Horse) and Erhai Lake, 2100 meters above sea level.
The dry tea consists of big twisted buds of olive-green color. The aroma of dry tea is sweet with herbal and floral tints. The infusion color is clear with a light emerald green tint.
The bouquet of brewed tea is light, with herbal and flower tones and fir needles and pumpkin seeds tints. The aroma is high and floral. The taste is soft, sweet, smooth, with pure slight bitterness. It reminds kuding tea in the light concentration. The aftertaste is and refreshing.
Infuse this tea with chilled boiled water (85-90°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in glass teaware. Take 3 grams for 100 ml volume dish. Shed tea with water and increase infusion time gradually. This tea can be infused this way for 8-9 times.
It is original Yunnan green tea for the light half of the year. It quenches thirst perfectly, gives energy, refreshes perception and lifts the spirit.
