The name of this tea is “Fluffy Peaks of Huangshan”. It is one of the best Chinese teas from Anhui province. It is produced in a small farm in Huizhou, 600 meters above sea level in the spring 2015.
The dry tea consists of big thin pistachio green needles of tea fleshes (a bud with two leaves) and separate leaves. The aroma of dry tea is tender with herbal and floral tints. The infusion color is clear with golden and green tint.
The bouquet of brewed tea is light, tender with herbal and flower tones and slight melon nuance. The taste is soft, sweet, smooth, with no astringency or bitterness. The aroma is delightfully fresh and reminds the summer motley grass. The aftertaste is rich and refreshing.
Infuse this tea with chilled boiled water (85-90°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in glass teaware. Take 4-5 grams for 100 ml volume dish. Shed tea with water and increase infusion time gradually. This tea can be infused this way for 6-7 times.
It is an excellent choice for an everyday tea time during light half of the year. It is easy to infuse it, the tea has a soft taste and refreshing effect.
