“Genuine Tea from the Yiwu Mountains” is produced by small Plant Da Ye, which is situated in the Jinggu mountains, Mengla district. There is a wild tea forest here, natural plants are not cut and no chemicals are used to grow them. Most of these trees have been grown since the XIX century, when tea culture was blossoming here. The raw material (mao cha) is produced in 01.07.2004 and compressed in 12.12.2014 by special order of “MoyChay” company.
Dry cha bing, tea cake, is fine compressed and easily crushed by fingers into separate silver buds and brown twisted leaves. The aroma is delicate, mellow with fruity and woody tones. The clear liquor has a mustard tint.
The bouquet of brewed tea is mellow, with nutty and fruity tones. The taste releases gradually, first infusions are subtle and slight, infusions in the middle of the tea time have rich and deep taste with sour and sweet tones of early apples and gooseberries and at the end taste becomes bright with nice astringency and bitterness. The aroma is very delicate. The aftertaste is very rich and long lasting.
Yiwu Zheng Shan is brewed with 95-100°С water in yixing teapot or in gaiwan. Take 7 gr for 120ml vessel. Make first infusion for 8-10 seconds, and increase the infusion time gradually. Brew this way 9-10 times.
That is the excellent ripe sheng puer with pure and rich taste and long lasting meditating effect. It relaxes body very softly , makes mind clear, brings thoughts into the order and gives nice energetic boost.
