Lao Yin Cha is brewed with boiled water (85-95°С) in the glass or ceramic tea pot. Take 3 grams per 100 ml vessel. You can make quick infusions and increase the infusion time gradually. Also you can steep Lao Yin Cha in hot water for a few minutes. Use the tea infuser or thermos for that. Take 1 gram per 150 ml of water.
