This is gorgeous variety of red Taiwanese teas. It was harvested and produced in Nantou district, at an altitude of above 1200 meters. The raw material is “Xiao Ye”, “Small Leaves” tea sort.
The dry tea consists of medium size vinous brown twisted leaves with thin stems. The aroma is warm, fruity, floral with corny tones. The color liquor has amber tone.
The bouquet of brewed tea is tender and warm, volume, fruity, floral with corny, honey, and spicy tones. The amazing aroma plays with many floral and fruit nuances. The taste is velvet, sweet, with citrus sour taste, the aftertaste is gorgeous.
Infuse this tea with boiled water of 95-100°С in yixing tea pot for red teas or in gaiwan. Take 4-5 grams for 120 ml volume vessel. Infuse tea for 8-12 seconds and increase the infusion time gradually with each next brewing. This tea goes 5-6 infusions.
