In appearance: small, brown, twisted leaves and red buds. The aroma is restrained, woody. The liquor is transparent, with а dark chestnut shade.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is mature, walnut-woody, with bready and autumnal notes. The aroma is warm, walnut-woody. The taste is full-bodied and mellow, sweetish, with spicy nuances and velvety finish.
Steep the tea in a hot water (95°C) in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 7-8 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 10 seconds. After that, starting with an exposure of 3-5 seconds and increasing the time to 3 minutes, you can steep the tea up to 8 times.
“Hulian Shu Cha” is an excellent shu puer with a rich, mellow taste and a warming, meditative effect.
