“Junshan Yinzhen” is an aged yellow tea, harvest 2004, Hunan Province.
In appearance: thin, pointed, silvery-brown buds. The aroma is intensive, herbaceous with a smoky hint. The infusion is transparent, with a yellowish shade.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is mature, multifaceted, spicy herbal, with notes of dried fruits, nuts, flaxseed, fresh berries and smoke. Steep the tea in hot water (90°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 10 seconds. After that do short steeps increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 10 times.
