Oolong “Gaba Xiao Ye Zhong” was made in the spring of 2023 using vacuum fermentation technology from spring shoots of the Xiao Ye variety (Small-leaved).
In appearance: small dark-brown pellets of twisted tea shoots. The aroma is intensive, fruity-floral with a touch of orange blossom. The liquor is transparent, with a shade of white grapes.

Steep the tea in a hot water (95°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or a porous clay teapot. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 30 seconds. After that, starting with an exposure of 10 seconds and bringing the steeping time to 2 minutes, you can steep the tea up to 9 times.
