In appearance: medium sized, dark brown leaves, twisted along the axis. The fragrance is restrained, spicy with a smoky hint. The liquor is transparent, with a yellow-amber shade.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is multifaceted, spicy with notes of dried fruits, fried toast and wood resins. The aroma is warm and complex, spicy-and-fruity. The taste is rich and mellow, oily, with a refined fruity sourness, nuances of spices and a lingering finish.
Steep the tea in a hot water (95°C) in a gaiwan or in a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 6-7 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is 15 seconds. Then, starting with an exposure of 10 seconds and increasing the exposure time to 3 minutes, you can steep the tea 6 times.
