"Organic White Tea" is made of spring shoots of tea bushes grown without use of harmful chemicals. Harvest in May 2017 in the region of Guria and dried at low temperatures.
In appearance: middle size flat leaves of green colours. The aroma is fresh and delicate, herbal-floral. The liquor is transparent, yellowish grapes colour.
The brewed tea has fresh, light, herbal-floral bouquet with nuances of raspberry leaf, lime, linseed and mint. The aroma is airy and tender, floral. The taste is refined, silky, with delicate berry acidity and minty coolness, transforming into sappy finish.
Brewing suggestions. Brew tea with hot water (70-90°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in glass tea ware. The proportion is 3-4 g per 100 ml. The first infusion should last for 10-12 seconds. After that make short infusions (just for 3-5 seconds), increasing the infusion time gradually. You can repeat this brewing method up to 7-8 times.
