In appearance: large, curved, maroon flagella of twisted leaves with long cuttings. The aroma is calm, woody. The liquor is transparent, with a shade of dark amber.
The bouquet of the brewed tea is warm and bright, fruity, with woody and berry notes. The fragrance is deep and warm, spicy-and-berry. The taste is full-bodied and juicy, silky, sweetish, with delicate woody tartness, refreshing berry sourness and lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 10 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 2-3 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 6-7 times.
