Red tea «Jin Zhen Dian Hong» («Dianhong – golden needles») from Yunnan province, spring harvest of 2021.
In appearance: large (3-3.5 cm long) dark brown tea buds, abundantly covered with golden fluff. The fragrance is rich, fruity-floral with a chocolate accent. The liquor is transparent, with a reddish-chestnut shade.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is warm and vivid, fruity, with hints of bread, spice, cocoa beans and citrus. The aroma is intensive, fruity-floral. The taste is rich, a bit astringent, sweetish, with a fine berry sourness, spicy nuances and refreshing finish.
Steep the tea in a hot water (90-95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5-6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 10 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 2-3 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 9 times.
Red tea «Dianhong – golden needles» is an excellent choice for an emotional reboot in the afternoon: rich, vibrant and very fragrant.
