Oolong «Huang zhi fragrance» was made in May 2018 in Qiwei tea farm (Chaozhou county) from spring shoots of Huang zhi cultivar (deep fermentation, medium fire).
In appearance: large brown flagella of twisted leaves. The fragrance is intensive, woody with fruity accent. The liquor is transparent, with mahogany hue.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is vivid, woody with floral, spicy and fruity notes. The fragrance is warm, fruity. The taste is full-bodied and sappy, with light woody tartness, berry sourness and lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (80-95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 4-5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1 second), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 10 times.
Oolong « Huang zhi fragrance » is an excellent choice for everyday tea breaks - invigorating and bright, but still quite soft and multifaceted. The effect is warming, perceptible tonic.
