«Emeishan Gaoji Longjing» was made from the very first spring tea shoots (harvest 2020) of Longjing tea cultivar in a small tea farm situated in Emeishan mountains (Sichuan province).
In appearance: large, flat, glossy tea tips of pistachio color. The aroma is fresh, herbal-floral with a nutty accent. The liquor is transparent, light grapes color.
The ready-made tea has a fresh, floral-herbaceous bouquet with nutty hints. The aroma is tender, nutty-floral. The taste is refined, juicy, sweetish, with delicate berry sourness and long-lasting, refreshing finish.
Steep the tea in a hot water (80°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 3-4 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1 second) increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 6 times.
