«Fu Zhuan» («Golden Longevity Tea Brick») made in Anhua (Hunan Province) in 2017. The microbe Eurotium Cristatum or Jin Hua (Golden Flowers), extremely healthy, participates in the creation of this tea. Its colonies look like yellow grains scattered on the surface of the tea. Golden Flowers live on the Longevity Mushrooms, Fu Lin (Poria cocos, Poria coconut), the name of which was included in the name of this tea.
800 g tea briquette of pressed tea leaves with stiff cuttings. The aroma is intensive, spicy-woody with a fruity accent. The liquor is transparent, with yellow ocher shade.
The bouquet of the brewed tea is mature, spicy-woody, with notes of oak moss, autumn leaves, honey and dried fruits. The aroma is deep and warm, spicy-fruity with a honey hint. The taste is full-bodied and mild, sweetish, with light woody tartness, fruity sourness and refreshing finish.
Brew tea with hot water (95°С) in a gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 8-10 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 6-7 times. Good for brewing in a thermos.
«Fu Zhuan» is the right choice to relieve fatigue and boost your daytime energy. It will be especially relevant in wet, cold weather, during seasonal viral diseases.
