This is an experimental batch of green tea made in Zhaoan County (Fujian Province) by order of the Moychay company, from the first spring shoots of Jin Guanyin variety, using cold fixation at the final stage of processing.
In appearance: medium sized, emerald green, curled tea leaves and thin stems. The aroma is intense, herbaceous-floral with a nutty note. The liquor is transparent, with a shade of white grapes.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is fresh, herbaceous and floral with fruity, creamy and nutty notes. The aroma is delicate, herbaceous-floral with a creamy hint. The taste is dense, oily, sweetish, with a slight fruity sourness and a lingering finish.
Steep the tea in a hot water (85-90°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or a porous clay teapot. The proportion is 6-7 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is 15 seconds. After that do short steeps (5-10 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 8 times.
