«Dikom» is the area in the foothills of the Himalayas (North of Assam). Tea gardens are located on the banks of the Brahmaputra River.
In appearance: small, dark brown twisted tips and its fragments. The fragrance is restrained, woody. The liquor is transparent, with a chestnut shade.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is bright and warm, woody with notes of bread and fruits. The aroma is warm, woody with a floral accent. The taste is strong, a bit tart, with fine fruity acidity and refreshing finish.
Brew tea with hot water (95-100°С) in a teapot made of porous clay with a classic European style. The proportion is 2 g per 300 ml. The time of the brewing is about 2-3 minutes.
The effect is warming, moderately tonic, in low concentration – relaxing.
