Highly fermented oolong "Wu Ye" ("Dark Leaf"), spring (“Chun”) harvest 2023.
In appearance: large, lilac-brown flagella of twisted tea leaves. The aroma is intense, fruity-floral. The liquor is transparent, with a light shade of mahogany, turns yellow during brewing.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is bright and vivid, berry-floral with honey, spicy, woody and citrus notes. The aroma is tender and warm, berry-floral. The taste is full-bodied, moderately tart and spicy, sweetish, with fruity sourness and lingering finish.
Steep the tea in a hot water (90-92°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or a porous clay teapot. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 15 seconds. After that do short steeps (3-5 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 9 times.
"Wu Ye" is an excellent choice for an emotional reboot – strong, invigorating, warming.
