Dear friends!

We are reopening the tea school! Classes will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 19:00 to 21:00 in the Tea Club Moychay.ru on the street. Malaya Dmitrovka. Beginning of classes - 1 April, 2020.

Lesson 1. Wednesday, 1 Аpril

"Introduction to Tea." The main approaches to the study of tea as a phenomenon: socio-economic, historical-cultural, personality-subjective. The principles of tea classification.

Lesson 2. Monday, April 6th.

"Profession: Tester." Organoleptic and evaluation of tea. Subjective sensations and established terminology. Olfactory card and “wheel of tastes” from the standpoint of a traditional Chinese doctor and a modern taster. Water: mineralization and softness, temperature, exposure, optimal extraction.

"Cha I": tea ceremony. A brief history of the spread of tea culture. Modern brewing styles: pinch, gunfuch, ganpao, cooking. The poetry of tea action on the example of the script for the ceremony of Chaozhou gongfucha / Wu gongfucha. Tea collections Uwo Chahui. Tea utensils: materials and forms.

The cost of the full course will be 34500 rubles. It is possible to attend separate classes: the cost of one lesson will be - 2500 rubles.

Natalie Goncharova - professionally engaged in tea for the last 20 years, from 2013 to the present is the editor of the site moychay.ru and titester. She traveled extensively (alone and with groups) to tea places in China, Taiwan and Japan. 

Julia Malysheva - professionally in tea since 2010, the experience of teaching tea mastery - 5 years. 

Alexey Averkin - the senior tea master of the first tea club in Russia, who has worked with tea since 2010. Experience in conducting tea schools since 2012. 

Evgenia Pryadko - tea master, experience in working with tea since 2005, experience in teaching the basics of tea action for 6 years.
