“Jin Junmei” is a distinguished red tea from Tongmu Guan natural reserve in Wuyishan (Fujian Province).
In appearance: medium-sized, thin, black-brown flagella of tea tips. The aroma is intense, biscuit-and-berry. The liquor is transparent, with an amber shade.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is multifaceted, biscuit-and-berry with floral, honey and citrus notes. The aroma is tender, floral with a honey hint. The taste is dense, silky and sweet, slightly tart, with a citrus sourness and lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 6-7 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is 15 seconds. After that do short steeps (5-10 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method 6 times.
