Tea nuggets "Big Tea Heads from Bada Mountain" were made in a small tea farm situated in the West of Xishuangbanna, on the border with Burma (harvest 2010).
In appearance: dark brown agglomerated lumps of leaves and buds. The aroma is restrained, mature. The infusion is transparent with bright chestnut hue.
The bouquet of brewed tea is mature, with notes of wood, baked potatoes, rustic bread, spicy herbs and autumn leaves. The aroma is warm and viscous, herbal-nutty. The taste is full-bodied, velvety, sweetish, with spicy nuances.
Brew tea with hot water (95°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 3-4 g per 100 ml. The first infusion should last for 10-12 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 15 times. It is well opened in brewing on an open fire (the proportion of 3-4 g per 750 ml).
