Shu Puer "Ancient trees of Man Nan" was fermented by special order of the Moychay.ru company from the mao cha of autumn harvest 2017.
In appearance: medium-sized thin, reddish buds and dark brown twisted leaves. The aroma is mature, nutty. The infusion is transparent with red-chestnut hue.
The bouquet of brewed tea is mature and complex, nutty with notes of corn, exotic wood tar, dried berries and spice. The aroma is calm and deep, nutty. The taste is rich and smooth, velvety, sweetish, with light sourness and a touch of spice, gradually opens juiciness and depth. The aftertaste is long, velvety.
Brew tea with hot water (95-100°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 5-6 g per 100 ml. The first infusion should last for 8-10 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 12 times.
