"Snow White King" was prepared in the mountains Mendinshan (Sichuan Province) at the end of March 2016. During processing, it was mixed with fresh flowers of jasmine.
In the dry form, these are thin fluffy needles of silvery buds and jasmine flowers. The fragrance is fresh, bright, grassy-jasmine. The infusion is transparent and has a very light golden hue.
The bouquet of ready tea is bright, light and sunny, with the dominant tone of jasmine flowers and a bit less pronounced herbal and berry notes. A bright, romantic floral scent. The taste is fresh, juicy, oily, minty-cool, sweetish, slightly astringent with a finest sour nuance which is changing in the course of the brew. A long, juicy, minty aftertaste.
Preparation: brew with water brought to boil and then cooled down to 85-90 ° C, in a porcelain or celadon gaiwan, a glass teapot. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. Use "pouring brewing method" (pouring water through leaves, gradually extending exposure time). The leaves last for 10 - 11 brews.
An excellent tea for a ceremony or a special occasion. According to the tradition, the best effect of this tea is achieved on cloudy, damp and rainy days, but no less suitable is it for hot weather.
