Highly fermented oolong from Lingmei tea farm (Chaozhou County), harvest: autumn of 2023. Shoots of Milanxiang tea trees were used as raw materials.

In appearance: thin, lilac-brown flagella of twisted tea leaves. The aroma is intense, berry-floral with a biscuit touch. The liquor is transparent, with a shade of white grapes.

The bouquet of the ready-made tea is bright, multifaceted, floral-and-berry with notes of nut biscuit, spices and citruses. The aroma is delicate, biscuit-berry. The taste is refined, oily, sweetish, with the delicate tartness of grape skins, citrus sourness (quickly becomes bitter in case of excessive concentration) and a lingering finish.

Steep the tea in a hot water (85-90°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or a porous clay teapot. The proportion is 5-6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is 15 seconds. After that do short steeps (5 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 8 times.

"Qiu Milanxiang Lingmei" is a great Chaozhou Oolong with a multifaceted flavor, enchanting aroma and inspiring effect. It is an excellent choice for a gongfucha ceremony.
