In appearance: medium sized, dark brown leaves, twisted along the axis. The fragrance is restrained, spicy-and-woody with a smoky note. The liquor is transparent, with a light chestnut shade.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is warm spicy-and-woody, with mineral, biscuit and smoky notes. The aroma is complex, spicy-and-biscuit. The taste is rich, a bit tart, oily, with a fruity sourness, nuances of spices and a refreshing finish.
Steep the tea in a hot water (95°C) in a gaiwan or in a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 6-7 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is 15 seconds. Then, starting with an exposure of 10 seconds and increasing the exposure time to 3 minutes, you can steep the tea 5 times.
