Jiangxin Duyun is the Chinese idiom, meaning original and ingenious. This name was given to his author's blend of several varieties of yancha by the chief technologist of the Yunlong tea farm.
In appearance: middle-sized, curved, lengthwise twisted brown leaves. The aroma is intensive, spicy-biscuit. The liquor is transparent, with a shade of dark amber.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is multifaceted and warm, spicy-biscuit, with notes of toasted bred, wood resins and baked fruits. The aroma is warm and deep, complex. The taste is rich, smooth and sweet, a bit astringent, with mineral notes and long lingering aftertaste.
Brew tea with hot boiling water (90-95°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 6-7 times.
Oolong «Jiangxin Duyun» has everything you need for a gungfucha style ceremony: a multifaceted and balanced taste, a high but not excessive fire, and a classic Wuyi melody!
