This herbal tea is made by experienced herbalist in the Crimean Mountains in the summer 2017. All the components are balanced to provide the best health benefits. This tea is an antioxidant, it strengthens the immune system, relaxes and slightly warms.
Tea composition: Clary sage, linden, lemon balm, tea-rose, Japanese mint, raspberry leaf, black locust, thyme.
Thyme (Thýmus) is a perennial herbaceous plant in the family Lamiaceae. The aromatic Thymus leaves are used as a culinary spice. It is used in ethno medicine as a remedy for cold, lung and digestion illness, migraine, rheumatism and sleeping disorder. The Thyme infusion normalizes digestion and removes flatulence. It has analgesic, antiseptic, bronchodilator and expectorant effect.
Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) is a perennial herbaceous plant in the family Lamiaceae. Lemon Balm leaves are used as the lemon flavor in the culinary. It has sedative, immunomodulatory, antispasmodic and antidepressant effects.
Linden is a deciduous flowering plant in the family Malvaceace. Linden flowers are used in ethno medicine as diaphoretic, diuretic, antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory and sedative substance.
Clary sage (Salvia sclarea) is a subshurb in the family Lamiaceae. This aromatic herb is used in medicine for bath and applications for healing arthritis, osteomyelitis, deforming arthrosis, rheumatism. The warming and relaxing properties of Clary sage essential oil help to weaken the nervous tension that especially important for healing fever and panic diseases. Crimean herbal tea “Anti-aging” is brewed with 95-100°С boiled water in the teapot or thermos. Take 6-7 grams per 500 ml of water. It is nice to cook it on the open fire.
You can infuse it in the porcelain or glass gaiwan. You can use yixing teapot for brewing, but remember, that it will absorb the flavor and then you can use it only for the herbal teas.
