The taste is rich and smooth, sweetish, with spicy nuances, fruity acidity - changes a lot during tea drinking, reveals itself gradually, playing with different facets.
Steep the tea in a hot water (95°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 30 seconds. After that, starting with an exposure of 10 seconds and bringing the steeping time to 2 minutes, you can steep the tea up to 10 times.
