In appearance: medium-sized burgundy-brown flagella of twisted leaves, their fragments and thin cuttings. The aroma is intense, balsamic with earthy and beetroot notes. The liquor is transparent, with а сhestnut shade.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is mature, multifaceted, woody-balsamic, with earthy, nutty, cognac, fruit and vegetable notes. The aroma is deep, warm and complex. The taste is full-bodied and mellow, silky, licorice-sweet, with a slight fruity sourness and nuances of spices - it changes greatly during tea drinking, playing with many shades.
Steep the tea in a hot water (95°C) in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 10 seconds. After that, starting with an exposure of 2-3 seconds and increasing the time to 2 minutes, you can steep the tea up to 12 times.
The effect is warming, moderately tonic, very harmonious.
