Oolong «Wenshan Baozhong» was made in the North-east of Taiwan in the Pinglin area in the spring of 2023.
In appearance: large, bluish-green flagellum-twisted leaves. The aroma is intensive, floral-herbaceous with a nutty hint. The liquor is transparent, with a yellow-green shade.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is fresh, floral-herbaceous with nutty, fruity and spicy notes. The aroma is tender, floral-herbaceous. The taste is full-bodied and mellow, sweet, a bit spicy, with a fruity acidity and refreshing finish.
Brew tea with hot water (80-85°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 20 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 2-3 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 10 times.
«Wenshan Baozhong» is a classic slightly fermented Taiwanese oolong which fulfills you with an energy of the spring renewal.
